Insurance
If you have insurance, payment is due at the time of treatment. We provide a receipt for you to use when claiming from your insurance company.
Payment of Fees
Cash or card at time of appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Please give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment. We could charge you a standard fee if you cancel late.
If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to provide a full appointment time. However, this may not always be possible and your full appointment fee will apply.
Non-Attendance
Missed appointments are liable to a standard appointment fee.
Communication with your GP or Consultant
Our normal practice is to advise your GP or Consultant of your treatment and any additional information on your discharge.
